(1). Mash the chick peas, add red onion, add coriander leaves, add ground coriander and mix.
(2). Add half an egg, add salt and pepperoll mixture into small balls, roll them in the breadcrumbs, fry until golden.
(1). 410g chick peas, ½ red onion chopped, handful fresh coriander leaves chopped, 1 tsp ground coriander, ½ egg,salt and pepper, ½ cup breadcrumbs, zimgold cooking oil.
(1). Mix cucumber, galic, mint leaves, lemon juices, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
(1). ½ cup plain yoghurt, ½ cucumber grated, 1 clove galic finely crushed, ½ tsp lemon zest, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, mint leaves chooped, salt and pepper.
