Each student is assessed on their personal abilities and given a work programme which suits them as an individual. so they do not work with any one system, because no system suits every student.

She started over 40 years ago working with individuals. In 2014 a group developed and formed a non profit trust, called Southern Lights Trust. It is a Christian based trust affiliated with ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International). They currently have 40 students.
